For the booking of all cosmetic tattoo services, it is imperative that each client understands our policies prior to booking an appointment.

Please take a moment to read the following information.


  • BOOKING FEE: A NON-REFUNDABLE $100 booking fee is required to secure your initial appointment. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, it will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. This amount will be credited towards your total.

  • PAYMENT: Your remaining balance will be due at the start of your appointment in CASH.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine: IMPORTANT!!! If you have had the vaccine or plan to get the vaccine, you MUST allow for a two week time frame between each session. Please plan accordingly.

  • RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule your appointment by contacting Christina at 408-202-5369.  You are allowed to reschedule only once. You may have to wait until my next availability. Please check your availability beforehand.

  • CANCELLATIONS: We kindly ask if you are not going to make your appointment, please extend us the courtesy of texting to let us know. You are not allowed to cancel for any reason. Should you decide to cancel, this will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

  • PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. Please be courteous of others and be on time for your scheduled appointment. We understand unforeseen circumstances can happen, however it is important to allow enough time to properly perform each service.

  • LATE POLICY: Due to our tightly packed schedule, we ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a “no show” and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Please take into account traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment.

  • SHAPING YOUR BROWS: To ensure you are satisfied with the service, I will carefully map out the shape of your eyebrows according to you unique facial features and bone structure before starting the procedure. You will have the opportunity to review and make any changes at this time. I will not be liable for any changes after you leave the studio.

  • PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Photos/Videos will be taken before and after as required by my insurance and may be posted on my social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc for marketing/advertising purposes.

  • THIS IS TYPICALLY A TWO STEP PROCESS: Just like any tattoo, semi-permanent eyebrows are a multiple step process; Initial + a Perfection session, 8-10 weeks apart. Within a week of your initial session the color will fade drastically in shade and size. While some clients may accept the pigment and heal beautifully without a touch-up, most clients are required to come back for a second session. On rare occasions, a third session may be needed to achieve the desired look.

  • BOOKING YOUR PERFECTING/TOUCHUP SESSION: This session is a separate fee. Because results are unpredictable, it is recommended you book your 8-10 week touch-up in advance when possible. This is not required but highly recommended. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BOOK THIS SESSION. I cannot guarantee you availability. Anything booked beyond the 10 week time frame will have to pay a higher fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • HEALED RESULTS: Results are NOT guaranteed and will vary with each individual client. A second or third session, at additional costs, may be needed to achieve desired results. Factors such as: age, diet, skin type, lifestyle, diet, skincare, post and aftercare, medication, tattoo removal/cover-ups, etc. will affect the results. It is imperative to know that more than one session may be required.

  • COLOR REFRESHERS: In order to keep your eyebrow tattoo results looking vibrant, a touch up within 12-24 months is recommended. The color will fade overtime and need to be refreshed. Frequency of touch-ups depend on factors such as: the color used (lighter colors fade faster), lifestyle, sun exposure, skin care products, use of harsh products or chemical peels, etc.

  • NO GUESTS: No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross contamination and new COVID guidelines.

  • NO REFUNDS will be issued as the service has been completed.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • We reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or fire any client for any given reason.

If You Have Existing Brow Tattoos

Coverups and color corrections are possible in some cases. It can be a great solution and relief however not all previous work can be fixed or covered. Previous work can be very complicated, time consuming and results are NOT guaranteed.

The average eyebrow tattoo cover-up/correction usually require two or more sessions (4-12 weeks apart). Most correction brows require clients patience and dedication. Due to the amount of time and work needed to repair bad permanent makeup tattoo the cost and number of sessions cannot be predetermined.

If you have any previous work done by another artist, you MUST get my approval before booking. Please send three (3) clear photos of your full face with eyes open and eyebrows with no makeup on them, unfiltered, and in natural lighting to Christina at 408-202-5369 for review.

If you book an appointment without approval or disclosing previous cosmetic tattoo work, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment cancelled. No Exceptions.

Disqualifications List

Permanent makeup is NOT recommended for those who are/have any of the following:

  • Under 18 years of age, even with parental consent.

  • Pregnant or nursing

  • Individuals who are allergic to pigmentation or make up

  • Skin irritations, rashes, sunburn, moles, Eczema or Psoriasis near the eyebrow area

  • Prone to Keloid scarring

  • Viral infections/diseases

  • Hemophilia

  • Epilepsy or seizures

  • Pacemaker or major heart complications

  • Received Botox or fillers 90 days prior to their appointment date

  • Undergoing Chemotherapy

  • Used Accutane within the last 12 months

  • Please notify us if you have had any allergic reactions to topical anesthetics.
